Sabato avevo fatto la pasta sfoglia farcita di funghi e pancetta e vi avevo preannunciato che avanzava della pasta sfoglia, cosa ci avrò fatto? Una Cornamusa di tonno, piatto semplice e gustoso con una simpatica presentazione.
Cornamusa di tonno
Ingredienti:
pasta sfoglia
tonno sott’olio
birra spalmabile altaquota
Preparazione:
1. Prendere la pasta sfoglia, suddividerla in strisce, arrotolarle su un cono di alluminio (quelli per i cannoli). Metterle in forno a 180° per 30 minuti. Farle raffreddare.
2. Nel frattempo prendere il tonno sott’olio e scolarle dall’olio.
3. Riempire la pasta sfoglia col tonno facendone uscire un pò come una cornamusa che è talmente piena che fuoriesce.
4. Poggiare sopra al tonno che fuoriesce della birra spalmabile che gli dà qualcosa in più.
