Fragole con panna. Dolce colorato che a me mette molta allegria, adatto per la festa della mamma. Anche perchè lei non è golosissima di dolci, ma di fragole lo è moltissimo.

Fragole con panna

Ingredienti:

fragole
panna montata
brandy
zucchero

Preparazione:

1. Lavare e pulire le fragole, non tenerle troppo nell’acqua (io le tengo una ventina di minuti) e colarle.

2. In un piatto fondo mescolare brandy e zucchero e metterci le fragole tagliate a pezzi.

3. In un bicchiere da cocktail o da gelato mettere un pò di panna montata, poi le fragole con la loro emulsione ed infine un altro strato di panna montata creando movimento coi colori.

strawberries
whipped Cream
brandy
sugar

preparation:

2. In a bowl mix sugar and brandy and put the strawberries cut into pieces.

3. In a cocktail glass with ice or put a little bit of whipped cream, then strawberries with their emulsion and finally another layer of whipped cream, creating movement with colors
