Scacchiera Freddi, dolce che assomiglia un pò al tiramisù non essendolo

Scacchiera Freddi

Ingredienti:

300 g di mascarpone
2 uova
80 g di zucchero
uvetta
merendina Moretta classic Freddi
merendina Buondolce latte Freddi

Preparazione:

1. Prendere 3 merendine di un tipo e tre dell’altro, dividerle a metà in orizzontale ed a metà in verticale come se fossero i quadrati della scacchiera.

2. In una ciotola battere i tuorli, amalgamarci lo zucchero, in seguito il mascarpone e poi l’uvetta. Farla riposare mezz’ora in frigo.

ingredients:

300g mascarpone
2 eggs
80 g of sugar
raisin

snack Buondolce milk Freddi

preparation:

2. In a bowl beat the egg yolks, sugar amalgamating, following the mascarpone and then the raisins. Let rest half an hour in the fridge.

3. In a pan rectangular or square alternate the half of the squares made with the snacks, put over the cream and then the other square following the same previous positions,

4. Keep them at least half an hour in the fridge and enjoy them cold.
