Spiedini gamberetti e zucchine, io li ho fatti avanzandomi due zucchine e qualche gamberetto da ferragosto. Piatto goloso, allegro che rappresenta l’entusiasmo del giorno prima.

Spiedini gamberetti e zucchine

Ingredienti:

gamberetti
zucchina
olio e.v.o. Frantoio Paolocci

Preparazione:

1. Affettare una zucchina a rondelle e/o un’altra verticalmente con la mandolina.

2. Nel caso si tagli a fette, alternare negli spiedini ogni fetta con un gamberetto. Nel caso l zucchina si affetti verticalente, avvolgere ogni gamberetto con una fetta di zucchina ed infilzarli con uno spiedino.

3. Mettere gli spiedini in padella e cuocerli con poco olio.

ingredients:

shrimp
zucchini
extra virgin olive oil

preparation:

1. Slice zucchini into rounds and / or another vertically with the mandolin.

2. If you cut into slices, alternating in each slice with a shrimp skewers. If the zucchini is affected verticalente, wrap each shrimp with a slice of zucchini and thread them on a skewer.
